What you'll need

- A Scan2Evolve account with appropriate role - Access to inspections - (Optional) Export permissions for data export

Viewing inspection history

Web app

Step 1: Navigate to inspections - Click Inspections in the navigation menu - Go to /inspections - Inspection list is displayed

Step 2: Browse inspections - View list of all inspections - Filter by status, date, inspector, or template - Search for specific inspections - Sort by date, inspector, or status

Step 3: View inspection details - Click on an inspection to view details - See all answers, photos, and notes - View outcomes (work requests, flags, incidents) - View inspection metadata

Example:

1. Go to "Inspections" page
2. Filter by "Status: COMPLETED"
3. Filter by "Date: Last 7 days"
4. Filter by "Inspector: John Doe"
5. Search for "Pump-001"
6. Click on inspection "INS-2024-001"
7. View inspection details, answers, and outcomes

Mobile app

Step 1: Open inspections - Tap Inspections in the navigation menu - Inspection list is displayed

Filtering inspections

Filter by status

Status options: - IN_PROGRESS: Inspections in progress - COMPLETED: Completed inspections - CANCELLED: Cancelled inspections

Example:

Filter: "Status: COMPLETED"
Results: All completed inspections

Filter by date

Date options: - Last 7 days: Inspections from last 7 days - Last 30 days: Inspections from last 30 days - Last 90 days: Inspections from last 90 days - Custom range: Custom date range

Example:

Filter: "Date: Last 7 days"
Results: All inspections from last 7 days

Filter by inspector

Inspector options: - All inspectors: All inspections - Specific inspector: Inspections by specific inspector - My inspections: Inspections conducted by you

Example:

Filter: "Inspector: John Doe"
Results: All inspections conducted by John Doe

Filter by template

Template options: - All templates: All inspections - Specific template: Inspections using specific template - Template type: Inspections by template type (ASSET, AUDIT, INCIDENT)

Example:

Filter: "Template: Pump Inspection"
Results: All inspections using "Pump Inspection" template

Filter by asset

Asset options: - All assets: All inspections - Specific asset: Inspections for specific asset - Asset type: Inspections by asset type

Example:

Filter: "Asset: Pump-001"
Results: All inspections for "Pump-001" asset

Viewing inspection details

Inspection information

Metadata: - Inspection Number: Unique inspection number (e.g., INS-2024-001) - Template: Template used for this inspection - Template Version: Version of template used - Asset: Asset being inspected (for asset inspections) - Inspector: User conducting the inspection - Status: IN_PROGRESS, COMPLETED, or CANCELLED - Started At: When inspection was started - Completed At: When inspection was completed - Created At: When inspection was created - Updated At: When inspection was last updated

Inspection answers

Answer details: - Question: Question text - Answer: Answer value - Response Type: Type of answer (text, number, multi-choice, etc.) - Photo: Photo attached to answer (if applicable) - Note: Note attached to answer (if applicable) - Unit: Unit for numeric answers (if applicable) - Created At: When answer was created - Updated At: When answer was last updated

Inspection outcomes

Outcomes: - Work Requests: Work requests created from inspection - Work Orders: Work orders created from inspection - Audit Flags: Flags raised from inspection - Incident Reports: Incidents reported from inspection

Exporting inspection data

Web app

Step 1: Navigate to inspections - Go to Inspections page - Filter inspections as needed - Click Export button

Step 2: Select export format - CSV: Export as CSV file - Excel: Export as Excel file - JSON: Export as JSON file

Step 3: Export data - Click Export button - File is downloaded - Data includes inspection information, answers, and outcomes

Example:

2. Filter by "Status: COMPLETED"
3. Filter by "Date: Last 30 days"
4. Click "Export" button
5. Select "Excel" format
6. Click "Export" button

Yes, go to the asset details page and go to the Inspections tab to view all inspections conducted on that asset.

How do I view inspection outcomes?

Click on an inspection to view details. Go to the Outcomes section to view work requests, flags, and incidents created from the inspection.

Can I delete an inspection?

Inspections cannot be deleted, but they can be cancelled if they are in progress. Completed inspections cannot be cancelled.

How do I view inspection photos?

Click on an inspection to view details. Photos are displayed with their associated answers. Click on a photo to view it in full size.

How do I view inspection notes?

Click on an inspection to view details. Notes are displayed with their associated answers. Notes provide additional context for answers.
